Quality work-based learning has the ability to positively change student lives. Students with disabilities should have the access to quality work-based learning experiences that elevate their skills and align with their career interests. Research-based strategies, practical application and real examples will be shared to support, advocate and advance quality work-based learning experiences for students with disabilities. Attendees will leave this session with tangible steps and strategies to advance exceptional work-based learning experiences for students with disabilities.

**Although the session will focus on supporting students with disabilities, the strategies shared are applicable in advancing participation in underrepresented populations in work-based learning programs.
