Are you ready to move beyond Excel and Google Spreadsheets to track student and business participation in your work-based learning programs? This session will focus on structures and relationship management tools that have helped Workplace Learning Connection at Kirkwood Community College scale its capacity to provide WBL experiences to over 30,000 6th - 12th grade students across 32 school districts. These systems include staffing structures, student and business participation tracking, reporting tools, and communication tools to streamline services and create efficiencies for both schools and businesses. Participants will have the opportunity to walk through our home grown relationship management system that continues to increase our capacity in a sustainable way.
