Have you ever returned from a conference and wondered, “what’s next?” In this workshop, we will review ways to understand student development, particularly among under-represented, to help you create or update equity-minded work-based learning (WBL) programs at secondary and two- and four-year institutions. Topics will include delivery methods and pedagogy, administration of programs, and assessment of learning, as well as a review of resources available to enhance your campus programs. Participants will use work group dialogues to help them develop an action plan to share specific challenges and solutions in designing WBL programs.
