Members of the National Coalition of Certification Centers will share their full K-16 model for Applied Learning and Career and Technical Education developed and in practice in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Listen to NC3’s educational and industry partners describe the development and implementation of this integrated learning experience that instills strong self-actualization and educational outcomes for students throughout their educational journey. Presenters will include leaders from Gateway Technical College, the Kenosha Schools of Technology Enhanced Curriculum, Snap-on Incorporated, Trane Corporation, Lincoln Electric, and Festo Incorporated who will share successes and insights into this innovative new system-approach to applied learning including early age fully articulated “precertification experiences”, integrated STEAM lab work, career exploration, and 21st Century Skills development.
