This session will highlight work done in Denver Public Schools (DPS) as part of the Colorado Scale Up Grant to work toward the Superintendent's aspiration to become the largest apprenticeship employer in the state. To support this endeavor, DPS committed to growing the number of registered apprenticeships within the school district starting with positions in Human Resources, IT, Special Education and Communications. Come learn about:

- How DPS partnered with CareerWise Colorado to help recruit and prepare district-level supervisors to support apprentices
- The Community of Practice developed to encourage ongoing information sharing and support among supervisors and,
