In this session, we will actively workshop the concept of "grow-your-own" apprenticeships. We will utilize our experiences within the Cherry Creek School District with Auto Technicians, Event Project Managers, Technical Apprentices and Elementary Para-Apprentices. By sharing our journey of transforming traditional apprenticeship models into sustainable programs that cultivate talent within our own community, participants will utilize the definition of Apprenticeships to create their own "grow-your-own" program.
